SCAMMERS AND DANGER FOR YOUR LIFE: NO DEPOSIT REFUND, LYING THAT NOT A CREDIT CARD TO TAKE MORE MONEY WITH EXTRA INSURANCE AND CAR WITH MAJOR TECHNICAL FAILURE AND VERY DIRTY. I reserved with Nissa through economycarrental.com.They didn't waited me at Antalya airport but when I called them someone came quickly. A man drove me outside the airport to a different company called LONG CAR RENTAL, but according to them they are the same company and working together (Long Car doesn't exists anymore on internet but had very very bad review before they disappear recently from Google reviews). First of all a young skinny man ask me my credit card and quickly told me it is not a credit one (even though I am using it for 25 years and it s a credit one), then I gave him a another credit one, but he refused and immediately asked me to pay an extra insurance (expensive by the way) and a deposit of 14000 TRY despite the full insurance. It was already 1 a.m. and I was tired, I accepted. It was a big mistake, the car they give me was the dirtiest I saw, but the major problem was technical, a lot of lights on on the panel, poor breaks and smelling rubber, etc, DANGER FOR LIFE. Few days later I read comments about this rental company and a lot of clients complaints about no refund of deposit. So when I return the car, the skinny guy asked me to pay more for the extension, which is normal, but I asked him to take it from the deposit, he wanted to hit me and threatend me. I paid all he wants to espace asap from there. Almost 2 months after the return of the car, no deposit refund and no more answers from them, probably they are doing this just to be sure that the deadline that you can request the money back with your bank (chargeback) is over. Turkey is a beautiful country but unfortunately scammers like them are growing due to inflation and difficult life I guess, for me was the last time I go there and I will launch a complaint against them via the Turkish embassy. The reservation number (5_dbedc0dda47) in order that they can t say here they didn't find me as well as to show that they don't answers anymore and don't give assistance after one month.
