Contacted this agency to rent a car during our trip in Bodrum. After we agreed on a price and model as well as duration of rental, we Provided Flight Number, and date of arrival. We confirmed our reservation the night prior and received a confirmed message, as well as instructions on attendant who would be waiting for us. We arrived and there was no one waiting for us. Upon messaging we were informed that our car was at the "other" terminal. We patiently waited for over 30 minutes but no car. Every time the same message, your car will be there in 5 minutes. We finally realized this agency was a scam!!!! Please avoid this agency.

An absolute joke of a company. Gave them my flight number, date and time of arrival. Confirmed the night before and they verified. We arrived and there was no one there. After waiting patiently no one ever arrived. Attempted to contact and received multiple excuses that the car was at the other terminal despite being given a flight number and arrival date and time. Caveat Emptor!!!!

Used Osman at Smart rent a car for many years never had any problems always on time and gives a good price !

No reply for 2 days 🤷🏻‍♂️ is anyone working?
